Race Manual

The race manual for 2026 will be published on September 19, 2025.

If you win a slot, you must read the Race Manual thoroughly before registering for our event. The manual includes critical information needed to participate in Norseman Xtreme Triathlon and XTRI World Championship 2026.

There are changes from previous years in the 2026 race manual. We constantly fine-tune our event and have made some essential changes in recent years. All changes we make are related to making Norseman a safe race. Safe, fair and fun. Always in that order.
