Fit for the Holidays

Usually, December goes as follows: Shop. Eat. Repeat. January on the other hand, is redemption time.

Join in on our Assistant Safety Director, Jonny Hisdals Christmas Training Calendar. Jonny is a physiologist and researcher at Oslo University Hospital.

Every morning you get a new task on the Isklar Norseman Xtreme Triathlon Facebook page. Follow the plan, and Jonny guarantees you a change you will notice from the first to the final day of the calendar.

The plan is as follows: Quick sessions, max improvement. All participants are welcome to post motivational pictures/ evidence in the comment section after each session. Get ready for the first challenge tomorrow. Make December count.
