So you`re signed up for Norseman? Congratulations! August 6th 2011 might be a day you will remember for the rest of your life -but what will you remember it for?
If you AND your support are well prepared when it comes to training, rules that must be kept, and equipment for different weather conditions -you might turn potentially bad experiences to good ones, or even make a difference according to wether you finish the race or not. In this video, and eight more to come, we will give you hints and tips from experienced finishers, that will help you to prepare sufficiently. And even if you have finished Norseman before, take a look at the rules -they might have been changed since prior years. Enjoy – and good luck with your preparations for Norseman 2011!
